2001 Starcraft 17CK hybrid camper

Propane heat
Roof mounted A/C
3 burner stove inside and 3 burner stove that can mount outside and hook up to campers propane system.
Wet bath
2 way fridge(AC/propane)
Canvas in good shape(1 small tear that has tape on it and has never leaked even in rainstorm that was 2" hour rate)
New Carlisle load range C tires in 2017, less than 600 miles on them.
All cushions in great shape, no funky smells or damage.
We have never used the hot water heater but were told it works when we bought it from original owners.
Roof had leaked, has soft spot, has been recoated this summer.
Floor is soft under dining area.* We have a piece of MDF over the soft spot.
Front awning support (at bottom of camper)* pulled out of camper after it was closed last time it was used after it was out when thunderstorm popped up.
Table is removable to use outside but has damage on the edge(not sure it is original as it never seemed to fit right). We have a piece of plywood so the bed there can be used, can easily be finished to use as a table again. I have the original table still and a piece of veneer if you want it to out on the plywood for a more finished look.
