i just put new spark plugs in and when reinstalling the coil rail i couldn't 'push' it all the way down flat against the block before installing the 4 coil rail bolts. it went down flat after bolting it down, and the engine seems to run fine, i just didn't get a nice 'snap' on each plug boot like i would get if there were separate plug wires.
is it normally not possible to hand push the rail all the way down before bolting it? i'm a little concerned that the plug boot electrical connection to the plug tip isn't a good connection.
the manual says something about little springs in the boot that make connection.. does this mean you won't get a 'snap' like on a separate plug wire?
