With the YJ motor and wiring harness in my MJ I have the YJ brake pedal travel sensor. It is basically a box with a button...when you press the brake pedal the button is released and the brake lights come on...when the pedal is released the button is pushed and the brake lights go out.
I think I can clamp the sensor to the steering column right over the brake pedal...and mount it in such a way that it works as it did in the YJ.
BUT ...does anyone else have any ideas of a different way to do it? I'm using a '96 booster/MC.
