How about everyone else? We've got over 1200 members of some variety now - I don't think it's too far out of line to expect half of them to vote (some may be lapsed, after all - I was for a while...)

Ah. I was going off the highest member numbers I had seen - which is why the disclaimer...

Still, half of that would be 400 or so, and did we not have something like 100 or so in the last election that actually voted? That sort of apathy is worrisome...
