I know we talked about getting a 2nd snow run in before Winter Fun fest at the meeting last thursday. I'll be out of town for the Winter Fun fest and wanted to see if anyone wanted to go wheeling during 1 of the next 2 weekends coming up before Christmas? I know that people will be very busy during Christmas. I've only been to Prairie City twice since I've gotten my new rig and want to see how it does in the snow, plus I need some better scenery than Prairie City has to offer. Can anyone do another snow run on the next 2 Saturdays before Christmas--12/13 or 12/20. Possibly we can rent cabins if people want to spend the night, but I think most people might want to call it a day after the run on saturday. Who can make it and on what saturday? The previous snow run was my 1st experience with you guys and I liked the brotherhood we showed between us jeep guys and more specifically xj guys.

Next weekend, Saturday 12/20 I could probably make it. I think I'd prefer cabins over driving back home Saturday night, but driving back home over tent camping in the snow.

Ok, I'm putting on my TJ fronts tomorrow morning and I need to go test this thing out! If we don't get a snow run going, or even if we do, I may need to head out to Prairie City or some BLM land north of Lake Berryessa.

We get a couple people going, and I will be on the snow run.

Looks like this is not happening this weekend?
How about the next Saturday, 12/27? Or probably better, the first part of January? Thurs the 1, Fri the 2, Sat the 3, or two or three of those days? 12/27 is my folks' anniversary, so I'm not sure if I should be in town, or get out of the house for the weekend.
I think that for me at least, Bald Mtn is pretty far to go for just one day of snow and I'd rather just head east towards the mountains we have up here. It seems like for the drive to go down there, I could head up to our "local" mountains twice.
