cummins 4bt in xj

i have an 89 cherokee 2 door and i want to put a cummins 4bt 4 cylinder turbo diesel in but i dont know how to go about in doing so, or if its even possable. can anyone send me in the right direction? thanks

Google "4bt conversion". I've seen write ups on a Land Cruiser and Wrangler.
