Calling all mobile HAMS (amateur radio)

Would be interesting to get some information on SWR tuning from this group! I know I need to get my CB tuned - I can hear everyone in my 4x4 trail group fine, but they rarely hear me..
From what I've heard, a special SWR tuner is required, but kind of adjustments are made, exactly? Is too much cable (a few coils under the trim panels) a bad thing? I can imagine it would cause a bit of interference, but maybe not? |
