Head lamp switch C/B inside it? '89

The fsm wiring diagram shows a circuit breaker between B1 and H terminal on headlamp switch body.
My headlamps are going on and off and im trying to narrow down my troubleshooting as it is a sucker to access the switch and connector under the dash and test when failing:smsoap:

That's correct.

Do yourself a favor and get a supplemental headlamp harness. Takes half hour to install. The switch issue will go away and your lights will be about 35% brighter.
