Rough country long arm question

I'm curious if I'm able to delete my passenger side upper control arm on the setup and basically run it like a 3 link setup. Has anyone ever done this yet or does anyone think this would cause issues. Reason is is I just got a axle truss installed on my front dana 30 and with the UCA on passenger side it touches my truss now and causing issues with my snap ring popping out on the new JJ. I looked at setups online of 3 link setups and some of these setups run without the UCA on that side and some do and remove it from the mounting spot on top of the diff

If you decide to do this please upgrade the upper bolt (axle side) with a 1/2 inch bolt...

Right now I'm running a 7/16 because I changed it out to a JJ instead of the stock bolt sizes that came with the kit

Make a new arm that will clear whats in the way?
