I always have room to pull one car into the garage for work at all times, air compressor, tools, checker's and auto zone right down the road, extra couch. Access to most tools, master tech's in both the houses south of me, one works out of his garage and is one of the best dude's I've ever met. I have outdoor survival skills, knowledge of native flora and fauna, boreal forest biology, wild fires, CPR cert, state park volunteer.
