Scraping noise when turning left?

Edit: Oh right it's an 89 XJ 4.0L, w/ AX15

I recently insured my jeep after having it sit since Februrary. Part of getting it on the road was to replace the front right brake caliper, as it had seized.

Now when I turn left, and only left, I hear a scraping sound that rotates with the tires. IE it sounds like fsh fsh fsh fsh. Can't really explain it better than that.

I jacked up the front tires and spun them by hand and only heard the usual faint dragging of the brakes, even with the wheels turned to the left.

The sound appears to be coming from the driver side, but that may be because that's where I am sitting.

Could it be the drum brakes, maybe? The new caliper was installed correctly and works good, I don't think it's that..
