Its a fully mechanical airbag so no electronics to worry about there.

devildog0 is mostly right here. Not much changed in 95 aside from what I mentioned... all the critical stuff will Just Work. A bunch of sensor connectors changed in that rough year range, but the ECU plug's the same and the resistance curves are (to the best of my knowledge) the same.
