ANY MPG READERS FOR THE OBD1 JEEPS? OR CAN INTALL OLD MPG READ OUTS FROM OTHER JEEPS?

SAW THIS MPG READER FROM A 92 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER NOT SURE IF IT CAN BE WIRED TO MY 95 XJ OR NOT, ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO GET LIVE MPG WITHOUT THAT SCAN GUAGE THEY JUST ROLLED OUT WITH FOR THE OBD2 CARS.

I HAVE A 95 XJ SE 4.0, I THINK I AM OBD1

I would guess this would require installing an engine computer from a 92 Plymouth. :}

Might get a vaccume guage instead, probably would be alot easier.

i have one in my 86 300zx and it takes the load of the engine. injector pulse duration. and i believe readings from the 02 sensor.

this is a factory option in it. so it came with it.

Do you have a digital dash on your Z31? I had an analog on my '85 and dont remember anything like that, its been a while since I've owned it.

My '85 Cadillac DeVille has all that stuff. It's all part of the engine computer.

The unit out of the Voyager will work if you can get the caps lock to turn off when you install it.
