could it be my TRE's?

well driving down the road my steering wheel has tons of play in it, plus it moves back and forth or side to side. i had someone turn the wheel as i watched it looked a little lose. could it be the TREs? or sound like a steering pump? i hope its just TREs and what are the best ones i'm going to be doing the WJ steering but not for a little have to save up. thanks for everyones help
