I know SOME ONE in the central valley has to have one laying around somewhere. It could be from either the drivers side door or the rear drivers side door.
MINE IS BROKE BEYOND REPAIR FYI.
my door bounces right back out when i try to close it. I have to manually pull the hook up to prevent my door from shooting right back out into some one else's ride.
I will pay you if you do have one, so please let me know.

looks like this but i have manual door locks, i dont think it'll make a difference if you have power door locks or not since i am stalling a power door lock kit at the moment.
