Jobs where I work. They don't pay as much as the real world and Don't pay over time. But it's Monday - Friday days and were layed back. Just need people to show up, Show up on time and make a solid effort.

The welder add says TIG but never mind that. It should say stick. I bet my boss don't even know what TIG stands for. We have one machine that is even capable and it's mounted on a service truck.
