Broken Cooler line input

I got a new tranny for my xj and just got it in and one line was leaking. Got under it and unhooked the line and noticed 2 cracks in the threads of the housing. Pushed it with my finger and half of it broke right off. Any one got any ideas of fixing without getting i new tranny. I was thinking cut it off and weld a fitting on? Very Depressing

The hexagon shape things? Those unthread, and could be replaced. Maybe someone local can help you out with them.

The fitting did not break. The housing where the male fitting screws into broke.

Did you ever fix this
