Celebration day tomorrow!
Tomorrow is my last mortgage payment! It will be a giant financial relief but I got to get my things in order as I will now be responsible for paying my insurance and my property taxes. It's still a great feeling!

Thanks guys! I feel very fortunate since my first doctor said I wouldn't even be alive by now. It's was my last debt since I haven't worked since 2012 and I'm only 63!

Congrats!

Now open a separate savings account with automatic transfers to it. Having my own "impound account" makes life much less stressful. The bank/credit union can even give it it's own routing info paying directly from the account; be it auto, or manually.
