audi a4 black on black

got a 96 audi a4 v6 2.8L quattro 5 speed manual, black, black interior, with all factory options. little oxidation on the hood, sunroof wont open, and passenger window motor is out. its great on gas, great in the snow, anybody interested?? blue book is around 5200, asking 4,500 locally. reasonable offers will be considered, cause as my handle states, i need to finish my rig, plus my girl has a honda for my dd.

Might want to add mileage.
