I have a 98 XJ with 4.0. I need to change the timing cover and balancer and was looking at the Dorman parts from Oreilly's. Has anyone tried these and if so are you satisfied with them? Thanks.

Not sure on the quality of parts. If made in red china I d look elsewhere, just on principle. But if you got the cover off, inspect the chain for wear, replace if needed while you are at it

Summit has both and I highly recommend the ATP harmonic balancer.

I got my harmonic balancer at napa made by doorman no complaints still running stock timing cover.
