Lockable Floor Jack Mount

For those who carry the regular floor jacks in your tow rigs or XJs, there is a new lockable floor jack mount available and figured I'd pass it along in case anyone was looking for these:

Good idea for the tow rig, but a bit large for XJs IMO. Neither am I about to throw my alum. floor jack in the mud or sand. Do they not come with pre-cut mounting holes? $150+S/H is a bit excessive for what you get, as well.
