86 MJ 2.5 running rich

My comanche has a problem where it idles okay, and revs fine when not moving, but under load it has very little power and sputters and hesitates once you get up to 2500 rpm or so. It also gets horrible milage. It has a new fuel pump and filter, new injector, new o2 sensor, new CPS, new MAP sensor, and the TPS is adjusted correctly. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Coupla things.
The intake manifold bolts may have loosened.
The rubber hoses below the throttle body may be sucking air.
The hose to the MAP sensor might be sucking air.
Clogged catalytic converter.
