steering wheel info

i am looking to replace my steering wheel and was wondering if a '95 and up wheel would bolt to my 91 column to give it a more modern look. i know they had airbags but could you just gut the airbag and put the cover back in place. also, if you have one layin around, lmk. thanks

The columns are different, as the older columns are GM....I'm not sure, but I at least know that much.

95 was the first year for the airbag and I think the first year for the newer column as well.
