Our leader (Yours Truly) tried to get us lost, and that made for the most interesting wheeling of the trip.

This is a short run, but great scenery.

These pics are just scenery shots. The pictures don't do it justice however.

Finding the tunnel could be a challenge. Fortunately we had a member of the group (Rod Knee) who had been there before and knew what to look for. (He was a big help in getting us onto the right trail too.)

The back side gets you a great view of this beautiful canyon full of mature cottonwoods with Tombstone Rock in the distance:

I have two more trail runs worth of pics to work through. There are a number more pics of your rig among the La Sal Pass pics. We will see if I get to those tomorrow or if they end up getting stacked up behind the replacement of the heater core in my dually. Once parts get here that job is taking first priority.
