What's this XJ worth

So I came across this XJ for sale.

Jeep XJ with 111k miles, atotmatic with cold a/c
6” Rubicon lift
Unknown long arms possibly Rough Country
33” Goodyear Wrangler tires
bilstein shocks
custom rack with led light bar
New rear driveshaft didn't state the brand
Transfer case extension - unsure of brand
Lock rite front and rear lockers with 4:11 gears, rear has new stock axles
Smittybult front and rear bumper with winch
custom rock sliders
radio with amp and bass speaker
sway bar disconnect

Seller says it has never been taken rock crawling

It is hard to place a value without looking under the hood, under the floor pans, under the dash, etc.

But if it is all as nice as it looks in this one picture it could be in the $8-9K range.

Personally I would prefer to see brands such as OME, JCR, ARB or OX. The brands listed come across to me as more budget conscious than quality concerned.

That's my feelings too. I was put off by the mismatched part for the price being asked
