Looking for a good shop

Hey folks. I've had my XJ for 13 years in totally stock setup. I'm finally looking to start having some fun with it, so it's time to put some effort into getting it ready to go off the pavement. First thing I'd like to do is get a lift and bigger tires. Nothing big, maybe 3" and 31s. The problem is I don't have the tools, skill, facilities or experience to do this myself. Can anyone advise me on a good place to take it in N. VA?
