Third smog fail

No help up there but if your willing to drive I use Wintergarden Smog and Tune in lakeside. He has always gotten us fixed to pass smog.
 
I need an honest diagnosis/repair shop referral near Long Beach/ OC area.

My attempts today have made it worse, now the jeep won't even run.

Anybody have a shop they have had good Jeep luck with?
