Have you popped the hood and checked from there or just from listening while in the drivers seat? Try popping the hood and rev the engine a little from there. See if you can pin point where the squeel is coming from.
I had one when i first got my jeep, thought it was just a noisy belt at first. Tried tightening it, used belt dressing on it and it still wouldnt go away. I finally replaced the idler pulley when I replaced the worn out crank pulley and that fixed the problem.
I cannot get it to squeal in the driveway by revving the engine. I replaced the idler pulley and put some belt dressing on the belt. It actually seems better but is still there.
