turn signals

so while fixing my rear hitch (rear bumper off and all) i some how messed up my turn signals.
My turn signals and hazards neither work now and ive check the fuses and wires around where i was working and i didnt find any where i disturbed the wiring.

So any idea what i did or what went wrong. Thanks

Have you checked fuses under hood?

ya i check every fuse they all tested ok so i then visual did them bc i thought it was wrong they all in good condition

There is a relay box under the driver side knee panel. One of the relays controls turn signals and whatnot. -B
