Bondo work

I've been messing around with Bondo filling in a few holes and cracks on the XJ, and was wondering if there was any way to delay the "setting" time for the filler. It seems that no matter how small the amount of hardener I mix in, it's too thick to work with after only 90 or so seconds. Someone had mentioned that due to the weather down here (it's around 90-95 degrees with 100% humidity), there's not a lot that can be done about it.

I would say that the heat is contributing to your problems. If you can get the vehicle in a garage or something sl that everything isnt in the direct sunlight it may help. But other than that I just dont know.
