This is a 2nd owner 2002 Fleetwood Wilderness 39L travel trailer. This is the 'Northwest Edition', which has upgraded insulation for use in colder climates. We're moving to Tennessee and don't want to take it with us.
There are two electric slides (living room + dinette and master bedroom) that work great.
New tires (x4) have maybe 500 miles on them
New batteries (x2)
New 30lb propane tanks (x2) (and tank cover)
New electric tongue jack
Sleeps 9 (or more if they're small)
GVWR 11,000 (dry weight 7,228) (weight distribution hitch included)
40gal tanks for fresh, grey, and black water
NADA guides valuation puts average retail at $8,500. I've got this priced 40% lower for three reasons:
- I need to sell soon, 'cause I don't want to have to haul it to Tennessee.
- There's a small leak over the shower that needs fixed.
- There's something wrong with the fridge (I don't know what).
