Just giving you guys a heads up...I just bought an 8.8 ford complete disc to disc from the pick-a-part in ontario for 115 bucks. There are a few more there but they were lacking rotors and calipers, but they had axles and backing plates. There was also about 10 xj's but not to much left on them.

was it half off day? usually axles are around $200 there

I don't think it was half off day. I bought a bunch of other crap too, but I don't remember the guy saying anything about it being half off day.

What do you think about $40 for a ford 8.8 with drums?

not bad, is it the same width as the exploder? what is the spline count on that one?

I thought you needed disc brakes to get the 31 splines........
