XJ Cabin Noise Vs WJ

I didn’t know it was available — details?

Most of this is for '96 down but will give you an idea of all parts that comprise the weatherstripping.

There is the rope trick for the door weatherstripping.

If nothing else you do this, find out it improves the noise and either leave it or know what to replace.

One thing that somebody else said. This guy that did these 2 awesome builds on another forum. He used the aftermarket door weatherstripping on the first build. Was not really thrilled with it. Bit the bullet on the second build and bought Mopar ones. They run over $100 each. Ouch. But said it was worth the money. So take that for what it is worth.

I got mine from Team Cherokee. They also carry all the window seals and wipers. Those lower window wipes when they get old can gouge the glass overtime.

Rockauto also carries some of this stuff.
