My passenger door lock is locked and will not unlock, the inside toggle can be moved to lock and about 1/2 way to the unlock position but won't budge beyond. Key motion gets the same result, I can lock it with the key but only goes about 1/2 way towards the unlock position. Can't take door panel off with door locked shut. My power locks have not worked forever....so I just need a fix for the manual operation of the damn thing. Anyone ever had a siezed up lock? It's not cold or weather related since it's about 65 degrees here.....ideas?
