For far too long the jeep 5 link suspension has suffered from inferior aftermarket steering options. We have been plagued by cheap, flip floppy, so called one ton steering kits that wear out almost immediately with dead spots and noisy joints. Crazy configurations of welded inserts that fail and heim joints that wear quickly and shake around with no DOT approval. These under designed products have left a bad taste in the mouths of the jeep community. These factors have pushed us for years to find an affordable truly 1 ton steering system based on the factory designed steering system. We currently offer this in a ton+ (1 ton and bigger rod ends) for an over and under the knuckle configuration.
