engine trouble

heres the deal...my engine starts up fine and runs well for a while at any
kind of speed, but after about 30-40 minutes of road driving it starts to sputter.

It starts sputtering and sounds like its running on one or two cylinders. It might level out for a little bit but if i give it too much gas at once it starts to bog down again. It has even cut off on me while driving.

Ive checked a lot of stuff out but was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Could it be overheating?

Test the coolant Temperature Sensor, the Crankshaft Position Sensor, the O2 sensors, and the Camshaft Position Sensor.

I vote for coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing.

i put a new one in not too long ago but with all the wheeling its definitely a possibility. I'll check that to.

It seems like there are a lot of people with this problem, but no definite solution. I hope to get it solved soon:dunno:
