newbie disclaimer: this is not a NAXJA event, and we're not a typical club, so don't expect a raffle, t-shirts, or organization, but we have a lot of fun anyways. Although, sometimes there are shirts, every 5 years or so generic ones. We did a t-shirt run a couple years ago, so you're pretty SOL for a while. And we did have a raffle a couple of times early in the 2000s. We pre-date the so-cal chapter by many many years and we were also "established 1999", but we don't hold that against "you people." What do you mean "you people?" So many of us are "bi." Bi-forum. Also, I might have some stickers or other shwag kicking around, free.

Oh, and no, we don't have a Facebook group. We're old and crotchety and can't figure out how to get myspace on our flip phones. No, not really. No affiliation to SoCal XJ FB group at all. What we have works (if you know how to work e-mail properly, e.g. separate gmail account for discussion groups, or hey, there's a web version of the forum on yahoo dot com then you can just turn off your email settings for the group). There are too many ways to communicate now. We don't need another one. If you like FB so much, why don't you join SoCalZJ.com? I hear they have a FB group and love heated leather seats.

Pretty typical rules for a not so typical club! :wierd: Can I rewrite them before the event?

Mike, it's been a couple years since I wheeled with you guys...I plan on being out there Saturday.

My 15yo shepherd mix Eddie & I will be out there, camping but not wheeling. This will be Eddie's last camping trip, he's like 150 years old in human years... and really starting to feel it :tear:

A little reminder, if you plan on staying, parking, and/or using the facilities in the campground. The rangers will want you to have a forest adventure pass. The rangers and the forest LEOs consistently have gone around these past few years and asked for it. Please pick one up before coming to the campground. There is no sales at the campground of the pass.

There was some back and forth about this years ago about the legality of this fee, I'm not here to argue with you or anyone about it. If you want to argue with the ranger about it, that's your prerogative.

See ya all there, latest four corners at 9am Saturday morning for main runs.

I stole/adapted them from Cal 4 wheel. But if you ask me, we ain't a club. Just kind of a group. I'm just trying to stop the jerks from showing up without front tow points and getting stuck. I didn't know you had a NAXJA account or membership :D

You didn't notice my Team NAXJA or NAXJA SoCal stickers on my XJ at the Jambo? Or my Pack it In, Pack it Out trash bag?
