What’s the deal with Quadratec?

I used to order things from them all the time. They were always quick getting things out. I ordered an old man emu steering stabilizer before Xmas and I still haven’t gotten it yet despite them giving me two different tracking numbers and promised I would have received it by this past Wednesday. The first tracking number still says it waiting to be picked up still and the second has had it in Sparks NV for over a week. I ordered from them cause they’re in PA so I figured I’d get it quick as I’m in NJ. Needless to say I’m very disappointed.

Vendor Feedback would be the better place for this.

It might not be their fault. If this is coming from the west coast it is possible they are depending on a distributor.

Distributor may have messed up with the first one.

Odds are a shipper is the hold up on the second one, though it could be the result of poor packaging by the distributor.
