new tech forum??

I dont' want to raise a stink as I enjoy being allowed to be on this forum, but soon will be applying for membership. The thing I noticed is that the modified tech forum fills up all the time with....topics like "what should i install next" or "what axle should i get", maybe there can be another forum titled Building Opinions where discussion about what people are planning on doing when building up their vehicles or open ended questions like what axle should I get should stick too, and leave the modified tech to answer real tech questions. justa thought
