What I know: I replaced battery terminals and cables, starter (reman certified), and confirmed alternator wiring to be correct and starter solenoid not faulty. Battery is great. Ignition switch is likely bad; no response when turning key.

When bypassing and using a starter switch, I get this brief turn and then nothing.
I’m checking grounds again. My battery negative goes to a bolt ground near cyl 1 on the block. Apparently for some, their goes near the dipstick tube. Additionally, I’m replacing the firewall ground strap that grounds to a stud on the back of the block behind valve cover.

Any ideas on what to do next? I’m not trying to get it to fire, just want it to turn over well before moving forward.
