Doubt it. Sounds like they're geared more towards newer, more modern engine designs, not straight-6 truck engines with their design roots in the '60's. Probably not much of a use for them in a 4.0 anyways.
Granted, everybody wants more performance and the next best thing, but when you stop and consider what the 4.0 can, and time and again has proven capable of doing, with the parts and technology that it uses, even in stock form, it's impressive.
