Ok guys need some help. I have no instruments. I've read, I've watched videos, I have swapped the wiring harness from a working dash, I have put in a new cluster, I have cleaned the post, new grease. All the same results.

Any ideas?

Have you been using conductive grease on everything? Since the ECU collects and sends the data I would be looking at those connections and everything in-between!

Ok figured it out. Blown IOD fuse under the hood. Now I have to figure why the fuse keeps blowing. Anyone have a wire diagram 2000 XJ?
