Turn signals not working quite right...help?!

Shipped my car across country, and upon arrival the turn signals started acting funny (turn lights not flashing, funny buzzing sound under the steering column). Now they don't work at all. Is it a short? The hazards still work, as do the rest of the lights, just not the turn signals. Electrical gremlins? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Follow that funny "buzzing" noise to what is called your flasher. unplug it and get a replacement. As for why it decided to go out while the car was being shipped makes no sense, but it sure sounds like a bad flasher.

mines the exact oppisite, turn signals but no hazard. When hazard button down, no turns.

Yes already replaced flasher, combo switch to no avail.
