I have a MJ, and I have a v8, bumper, cast iron tranny/t-case, and a winch. I need to get an estimate for a spring rate for coil-overs. I am doing a dual rate setup. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a bumper too!

nice

We've kicked this around before, with no firm idea of what our corner weights actually are. I did a bunch of calculations for my coilovers (never put them on) and I think I used 900lb. I was going to mount up my coilovers with the springs that I have, then calculate the corner weight, then do some calcs and order new springs. You can calculate the corner weight if you have coils that you know what rate they are.

I don't have the coils, I want to order the coils, Coil-overs, and other shocks all at once, to save on shipping.
