Dana 35 Dana 44 Disc brake conversion.

I was looking at some Disc brake conversions and at one web site I noticed
that the ebrake lever was installed at the top through the bracket/shield and the cam right below it.
I believe it is wrong. I believe that the cam has to be on top.
If putting the cam on top doesn't seem to make sense, use the cam you were using on the opposite side.
Basically you can use either level on either side, the cams can only be used on one side.
