I have gone to a few of these in the years past, it's a ton of fun. I am originally from the area the blessing is held so I know at least a dozen trails within 10 miles of the blessing.
I will be leaving from murfreesboro tn, on April 29th, just to give a day to hang out before go to the casino whatever. Then the blessing on may 1st, trails on the 2nd and home on the 3rd.
Millage is around 720 or so its an easy trip I have made it to many times to count.
lodging will be available if you reserve. my mom owns a motel near mesick.
