First thing is getting rid of this closed circuit cooling a major pita? I blew a switch thing? That is inline with the heater core apart when she got a little hot this weekend. I'll post pics tommorow.

Also the electric fan doesnt kick on. I see theres only 2 wires goin to it. Anybody ever hook one up to a switch?

Switching to the open system is pretty easy. New radiator or a fill cap in the upper hose.remove or block off the feed lines to the pressure bottle. Install overflow bottle.

For the fan, it's a pretty common mod. If it's not coming on at all, you might want to find out why/repair before you go to manual operation. Might simply be a locked fan motor or a burned up relay, bad temp sensor.

You can drop in a 97+ e-fan for a little more air flow.
