Cubby sub box build

Hey guys I figured I would share my sub box I built over the weekend. I got tired of my big box for my 12” sub taking space so decided to build one in the useless cubby space. I didn’t take a ton of pictures but here is what I did take. Made it out of 3/4 MDF and graced it out of the cubby I cut out. Cut the template with a jigsaw then used a router to make copies to stack. Then cut the inner hole and routed the copies again. I prefer this method so I could keep the curve without using fiberglass although it is wasteful with wood. Mounted it to the pinch welds behind the panel and the seatbelt bracket. Thanks for looking!

Sorry the finished picture looks wet I wiped it off with a damp paper towel. I also forgot to put that I coated it in beldiner to match the floors in the Jeep.

I took the easy way and just bought the box!

I am talking the even easier way out.
Picked up a Mopar spare tire sub.
The harness that comes with it makes it plug and play.
Of course betting that ones you guys installed sound way better.
