What are trying to imply, you've also got a aluminum wp and t-stat housing bolted to a steel block/head?

Any coolant.
You're overthinking it.

Re: aluminum heater core and brass/copper radiator
Been using Prestone extended life coolant for decades in a Triumph car, aluminum and copper parts, along with cast iron. change it out every 3 or 4 years, even though the bottle says it is good for 5 years. No problems also run same in an old porsche with a cast iron Buick 231, and copper radiator, aluminum thermostate housing.
