Does anyone know std journal diameter

It's a 99 4.0. I'm doing a complete rebuild. But I need to know what the standard main a rod journal diameters are so that I know if it needs to been ground with undersized bearings. I have a micrometer, I just don't know what to compare my measurements to. Thanks in advance.

99 FSM says this:

Mains: no 1-6 are 63.489 to 63.502 mm (2.4996 to 2.5001 inch);
Number 7 is 63.449 to 63.487 (2.4980 to 2.4995 inch)

connecting rod journals are 27.18 to 27.33 mm (1.070 to 1.076 inch)

Any other figures on width, out of round, etc. let me know.
